Bertomy KDE settings are set to 12-hour time, but the applet still says the time in 24-hour time. Does anyone else have that issue?

Bertoh1st0, the applet itself doesn't show display properties, but you can right-click and go to the date/time format

kronomanbut, when I reboot in a Live CD and run fsck, it says that everything is fine
but, if I reboot in hard disk, same thing happens

Chesneyvox754: sudo iwlist wlan0 scan scans just fine. I just cant get the stupid thing to connect. Through the system administrator Netowrk interface, or through the terminal.
