EmeraldHello, I have a problem with my Kubuntu install- Whenever I try and boot from the LiveCD it will load up until a blue screen with a cursor
Then it will stop completely, and I can move my mouse- but do nothing else
So I'm wondering- What would generaly be the issue here?

stdinEmerald: you can try booting to the Safe Graphics mode or, if that still fails, you can download the alternate install CD, which is the same as the Desktop install CD, except it's a text based installer
