Renzedavividal: if you don't know that, you really shouldn't be using gentoo
tzbishopexplody: does kdm has any config file? u could pass me that, no?
davividalRenze: hehehe... =]
explodytzbishop: dunno, looks mostly ok except for the /dev/wacom stuff, which probly wouldn't be fatal anyway
kdefreakHmm... kscreensaver doesn't want to quit, what process do I kill to regain access to my desktop?
tzbishopexplody: wacom is related to tablet pc configuration. Ill take it out my xorg.conf
Renzekdefreak: kdesktop_lock ?
davividalWOW!!! :D
tks a lot, Renze!!! :D
Renzedavividal: no problem
kdefreakRenze: ok... new situation... can't switch to VT...
and... I have an unsaved doc in kate...
do I have any choice other than restarting x?
actionkdefreak can move the pointer on the screen and all... just that a white arrow on a black background isn't very usefull

Renzekdefreak: I have absolutely no idea... nothing like that has ever happened to me
tzbishopexplody: ill restart init
kdefreakkk, thanks
Renzekdefreak: try opening a new window (alt-f2 maybe?) and try dragging it around... might force a redraw
actionkdefreak blames beryl
kdefreakblames beryl
Renzeah
you're probably encountering one of the numerous beryl bugs
kdefreakYup
Only OpenGL screensavers work with beryl, based from what I've googled :S
Renzeand since beryl isn't part of KDE, we don't have to support it :D
kdefreaknope, doesn't work
actionkdefreak knows.... but.... KScreensaver is part of KDE, and you support it

Renzehas the screensaver stopped?
if so, it sounds like your video memory isn't being updated
which is not a kscreensaver problem, but a beryl one
thunder_stormhi everybody
i search for an solution - can i lock the kde-session with a simple command?
kdefreakRenze: kk
thunder_stormi want to use that for the "hotkeys" config
kdefreakRenze: no, it hasn't
Alethesthunder_storm: that's easy
Renzekdefreak: so your password isn't working?
