wols_Hypn0tek: apt-cache show eject
lewiswhy would the MySQL 4 dump have created that?
iKernelHypn0tek, dunno, either press the button or emergency release or do what wols_ said
this is totally borked
kairu0lewis, trying to be verbose i suppose?
iKernelso glad I am installing suse tomorrow at work (work experiance 2 weeks) on this laptop
Hypn0tekiKernel: I'm in BusyBox there is no apt-cache
lewiskairu0: hmm ok
well, it works. thank you.
kairu0lewis, 4 -> 5 was a big transition
actionscx rips apart
scxrips apart
lewiswell, if I just had to edit one line in the .sql, then that wasn't too bad
Hypn0tekiKernel: sorry but do you know what is this ibritish ?
kairu0lewis, yeah, could have been worse
wols_Hypn0tek: apt-cache show ibritish
Hypn0tekwols_: no package found
wols_!tell Hypn0tek about search
GeirOlaaaah..this is driving me crazy
has anyone managed to get tv out working with an nvidia card?
wols_Hypn0tek: and fix your sources.list or apt-get update
x_linkI wonder why "xrandr" shows 134Hz in refresh rate. The Refresh Rate in Control Center also says 134Hz. That happens when I change the Refresh Rate in nvidia-settings to 85Hz
wols_!tell geirola about anyone
GeirOlaoh my god..
I'm trying to find a suitable way to rephrase that question, wols..since using the word "anyone" obviously is wrong.
wols_not necessarily, but most of the time it is
describe your problem more precisely and in detail instead
GeirOlahow about: I need help setting up nvidia and tv-out. I can't get my xorg.conf setup correctly.
wols_some sort of I was doingx,y,z and it gave me foo instead of bar"
or such
GeirOlaI have the svideo cable connected
It's hard for me to describe this very much in-depth, as I'm having trouble understanding how this works. Only thing I realize is that xorg.conf needs a magical touch
klikklakdamn, nvidia from unstable would like to have a newer libc. that's not really the kind of trouble I'm looking for
wols_there are error message?
there are logs, config files, etc?
aeshyamaehda:lost interrupt on debian etch?????
i installed and boot the debian etch for the first time and it said hda:lost interrput
GeirOlai've just reconfigured xorg.conf to get it back to scratch
i'll see if i can reproduce the warnings i was getting
aeshyamaehda:DMA interrupt recovery
wols_geirola: haev you googled for a howto?
