mauxi already installed xlibs-dev, xlibs-static-dev, libx11-6 (dunno if it was installed before)

dpkgwell, suspend is check http://sourceforge.net/projects/swsusp/ , no apm nor acpi is required or suspend2 (msg dpkg about - works for me beautifully!!)
