wols_omri: install wireless-tools and red the docs
valdynwols_: it 'works' but lacks features and compatibility with common linux wireless apps
omriok, one last thing. for the wireless interface be a part of the wired LAN I need to setup bridging?
valdynwols_: or - using the new driver - still not quite ready or hard ( for newbies ) to get running
wols_valdyn: I don't think there is any easy to use driver/card for debian, is there?
ubuntu is a bit better I guess but debian is too pure free software wise to be easy
h3sp4wnomri: for bridging you need to use 4 address headers (on atheros - it is just iwpriv wds 1) and use wpa_supplicant with -bbr0
omrididn't understand a thing :)
wols_h3sp4wn: in what way did he ask for a bridge?
he wanted a adhoc network
h3sp4wnwols_: he asked to setup bridging
omriI want the wireless adhoc network to be bridged with my LAN
just like a simple router would function
wols_omri: bridging or NAT
omriI already have NAT on that box
wols_then use bridging. double NAT is evil
rgsteeleitchi: Eh?
wols_dave_is_sex1: questions are always allowed
omrih3sp4wn, I'll read that, thanks
I'm off to watch some TV
itchirgsteele: Cause; like you told heh, it not show anything
omribtw, wols_, I got that etch installation working :]
itchirgsteele: Pastebin the output, maybe someone know about it

Catachanuhm is there a reason that there is not a debian package for blender 2.43 yet?
rgsteeleitchi: Thanks for assisting, though :)
Dave_is_sex1back. well, i'm wondering what it was. a library? if so did anything ever call upon it? (DeCSS)
