jellyNyle: funny, I didn't know there was apache 1.3 on >= testing
NyleI need a stable webserver, so I think I'll throw debian on that old 1ghz compaq machine I have
salvaged it out of a bank dumps
7 machines
hold on
sidjsterive been salvaging like crazy lately
Nyle*** 1.3.34-4 0
jelly... but there is, yes
Nylethats the one
so back to my question, do I _need_ apache2 or not?
I've had people recommend I switch up to apache2
jellyNyle: well, if you have no special reason for 1.3, I'd suggest going with the 2.x series. It's da shit... and upstream prefers it too
sidjsterwhat is your web site
Nylehmm
sidjster: I don't have one
I can't just show you my website
let me make an index.html real quick
hardcoffeefor wine (counter) that better to use flex or flex-old ??

jellyNyle: that's ok
enoufvaldyn: like Jackie gleasin g\having an epiphany in the honeymooners ... Haaaaa HAAAA!

jellyNyle: take a look in /var/www
enoufvaldyn: after i losetup -d every friggin /dev/loopX .. then finally i could modprobe -r loop .. :-)
valdyn: Then .. i just modprobed it back .. and everythign is working as expected .. w00t
Nyleman I should have this webserver on a stable system. I don't have any info really that I need to protect. its just a junk machine too
enoufI eve mounted using cramfs ;-)
jellyNyle: or maybe not. Anyway, since apache2 is now the default, bits and pieces of it are used even for apache1.3
pznjelly, acpi -b did not work... I found /proc/acpi/battety/BATT0/state that shows its state
