Sneaky_Bastardthis is not a kernel channel
also, you pasted an empty form
entr0pyhughesjr: I especially like the response on this one: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=206082
"as correct as it's going to get without fixing the kernel"
why are we debating fixing the kernel if it crashes the machine?
xerophytesorry http://sial.org/pbot/23098
hughesjrentr0py: it only crashes your machine :P
entr0pyI had two machines to test with and it crashed them both
hughesjrentr0py: I have not done anything with the el5 xen yet ... they really do need to fix that :P
entr0pyEverytime I touch it, it breaks something
I really do understand why they said "it's not ready yet" and delayed the release
but I wonder how SuSe is having such good luck with it
(word of mouth, i haven't verified it)
my FC6 runs xen0 pretty well (except one nagging defect), but so far el5 has been a steaming pile
hughesjrdon't know ... but building rhel5b2 for CentOS5 beta .. I can confirm it's "not ready yet" :P
rangehughesjr: AFAIR xen got rebased to 2.6.18 quite recently, so it might be better with updated xen and kernels in el5.
hughesjrrange: well many of the graphics issues probably happen because the x was not built against the el5 kernel but the fc6 one ...
but it will eventually get ironed out :P
rangehughesjr: Yes, but that rebasing happened after beta2
IIRC.
