|paavum||it says something about a type conflict|
|ManxPower||aptura: I don't THINK so.|
I do not currently use the system (I've not had a chance to run conduit to my cabin) and my users are....less than technical
when I try to do an rxfax...
I get segmentation fault
and asterisk breaks
-- Executing RxFAX("Zap/37-1", "/var/spool/asterisk/fax/12133377.tif") in new stack
|ManxPower||paavum: I don't have any suggestions except for searching the mailing list archives|
|paavum||Already did and no luck :(|
could it be my system?
|ManxPower||I think it is time for a cup of coffee|
I have alot of line testing to do at 10pm
|[TK]D-Fender||paavum, no, I've had all the problems you have described over multiple versions of * recently as well|
|voiper1||hi, whats the trick to getting outbound callerid going with te110p cards|
|ManxPower||voiper1: Using PRI?|
|voiper1||yes pri, te110p inbound callerid works just not out.|
|[TK]D-Fender||voiper1, could be your telco is not permitting it|
|ManxPower||voiper1: if you are sending the correct callerid then you must get your telco to allow you to send it|
just remmeber you can ONLY send the CLID number, not name
|voiper1||thanks i'll try that|
|ManxPower||well, you can send CLID name, but pretty much all telcos will ignore it and look it up based on the number|
voiper1: what country are you in?
|ManxPower||ah. well do not send the leading zeros and do not include the country code when sending the CLID|
Just your area/city code and number
LOL! The lab that was trying to recreate the conditions of the birth of the universe had an explosion and the scientist that was being interviewed called the explosion "a fairly big bang"
|coppice||it was sabotage by the US :-)|
|ManxPower||they had a magnet fail or something|
|coppice||a US built magnet|
|ManxPower||Qwell:the wording did not sound deliberate|
|zimdog||I have just installed asterisk. created a sip.conf file with just one entry. When I try to connect i get wrong password. I have checked over the password on the softphone and the conf file and they match. I was wondering if there is some setting to tell which type of authorization to use|
|[TK]D-Fender||zimdog, pastebin what you've done.|
|jbot_||somebody said pb was a place to paste your stuff without flooding the channel - try http://pastebin.ca, or http://channels.debian.net/paste|
I had secret=4520
