phrikNew Packages Released: archpkgs: ivtv 0.10.0-1 || ivtv-utils 0.10.0-1

LumberJoeok then, what do you recommend?
Faust-CLumberJoe: i suggest maybe looking into installing vmware and trying out other distros
LumberJoe: honestly arch linux is a great distro to start on
ive used them all and arch seems to fit the bill
arch isnt bloated and easy to learn
LumberJoeI tried Suse but it really slowed down my computer.... probably 'cause it's as commercial as britney spears..
Faust-Ceww suse i made that mistake too
louipcarch is great
LeFallenTalk about warm fuzzies... Arch makes you LOVE your computer :P
Faust-CLumberJoe: imho (and im being honest) arch takes between 30mins to a hour to install
LumberJoethen I tried DSL which is good for an old piece of crap like the 486 with 8Mb of ram i have lol
